Introduction of a bio deodorizer for exhaust gases from the paint drying oven.

The concentration of formaldehyde that is carcinogenic is said to be detectable at 0.8 ppm, and at 20.0 ppm, it can cause deep respiratory irritation and potentially lead to difficulty breathing. In this case, the concentration of formaldehyde in the raw gas was extremely high at 200 to 300 ppm, posing a significant health risk to nearby residents and workers. After primary treatment with the bio-deodorizer, the concentration was reduced to 2 ppm, allowing for exhaust without the need for a secondary treatment system, and there were no complaints from the neighbors. Since tar and resin substances are also decomposed, there was no adhesion to the pit walls, which helped to keep running costs down and has been very well received.
